Biography
Dr Gottesman is board certified in dermatology and dermatopathology. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Arizona, and her fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology. Her clinical and research interests include immunofluorescence patterns in dermatopathology, complex medical dermatology, management of autoimmune blistering diseases, and social media pathology education. She is the founder of an international monthly online dermatopathology journal club (#DermpathJC). She is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Dermatopathology, where she serves as a board member on the Social Media Subcommittee. Dr Gottesman is dedicated to resident and medical student education and improving access to patient care and mentorship within dermatology and dermatopathology.
